Construction workflows, made usable

Less administrative mess.
More work moving forward.

Relystra helps owner-led contractors organize the workflows that slow their business down. We build, populate and test practical systems using your real information, then hand them over ready to use.

How it works

Start with one useful improvement.

1. Talk about what is messy

Free Discovery leads to a concise Basic Report: what we heard, the primary bottleneck and one recommended Build with clear scope and pricing.

2. Approve your first implementation

Pay the agreed amount or required deposit, then receive your private workspace. Full Diagnosis and your improvement Roadmap are included.

3. Get a working system

We organize and load your information, configure the workflow, test it and walk you through using and maintaining it.

Your first Build keeps moving.

Your deeper review produces a Roadmap: Included Now, Recommended Next and Later. You can keep your original scope, add one qualified Build or approve several. Each addition has its own scope, price, required payment and realistic delivery sequence.

There is no obligation to buy more work.

Built for a busy contractor.

Closeout documents, bid follow-ups, project status, invoices or everyday handoffs: we identify the strongest first thing to fix and agree a focused scope.

A working result, with an owner

Your engagement includes organized client information, a configured workflow, usable views, quality checks, a walkthrough and maintenance instructions.

Founder

Built by someone who has worked inside the workflows.

Kyrie is the Delaware-based founder of Relystra and a project engineer with 4+ years of commercial construction operations experience across submittals, RFIs, document control, subcontractor coordination, and site-safety responsibilities.

That background informs a practical approach: understand the work, organize the actual information, build a usable system, test it, and show the client how to keep it running.
